Born of the vision of Pedro Alvarez, an expert economist in marketing, graphic designer and chocoholic. Having created packaging and product designs with great success to others, he was always with the desire to do something where melting own acquired knowledge and experience.
It was in New York in the mid-nineties, in full fever gourmet espresso where PANCRACIO begins to take shape. He began intense preparation, travel, courses, working even in the famous Bruno Bakery in New York under the command of chef Biagio Settepani, where he gained experience, weight and little money. The project took great size and had to sleep in a drawer a few years.
In 2003, Pedro decides to make a small production of his best recipes nougat and chocolate truffles to give away most of your friends, family and clients and sell the rest.
